Error 0xc000012f means “bad picture” indicates that one of the program’s execution or support modules is corrupt. Or maybe there is a DLL mismatch and especially programs that are seen in the use of Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributables. 

In the context of the developer, 0xC000012F STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_NOT_MZ, which means the format of the specified image file is not correct. It was not an initial MZ. Fix 2: Uninstall the problematic Windows Update

· Click View installed on the left panel.

· Restart Windows. 

Fix 3: Repair System Files Corruption Using DISM and SFC

Open an elevated or administrator command prompt window, and run the following command: 


· sfc / scannow 

System file checker file integrity and repair all corrupt system files will not be fully tested. 


If, on the other hand, the system file checker is unable to repair some files, it shows the following error: 

· Windows resource protection got corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in CBS.Log% WinDir% \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log.


· sfc scannow can not repair files

In that case, you need to run the DISM tool to restore the system files in the component store, and then need to run the system file checker tool again if necessary. The following DISM command-line requires you to run:
